These slip resistant work shoes also feature a removable, Walking On Air Footbed designed with aerodynamic air channels that guide the flow of air from the heel to the foot where perspiration occurs the most. The anatomical construction and ergonomic shape also provide excellent cushioning and support, reducing stress at the joints and lower back. Additional shock absorption comes from the lightweight midsole. An embedded plastic shank helps to stabilize the foot during the gait cycle for added support. These shoes are finished with the patent pending Genuine Grip Slip Resistant Rubber Outsole that features a superior traction rating when compared with other brands.</p>
