A genuine leather upper is durable and protects the foot while the breathable mesh lining will keep feet dry. For added comfort, these Genuine Grip work boots come with a removable, Walking On Air footbed treated with Aegis Microbe Shield® to reduce microbial growth. The footbed itself offers plush cushioning and ergonomic support while aerodynamic air channels on the underside guide airflow towards the forefoot where perspiration occurs the most. To ensure optimum traction, the women's Electrical Hazard Steel Toe Boots are finished with the Genuine Grip Slip Resistant Rubber Outsole that has a higher traction rating compared to competitors.</p>
