All Aetrex Essence diabetic shoes include an Aetrex Performance Insole and a PRS (Pressure Relief System) Insole for customized fitting flexibility. The Aetrex Mary Jane Diabetic Shoes were also designed with a roomy toe box, a firm heel counter, and a polyurethane outsole to assure proper fit and support.
