The Aetrex Thermothotic Shoe Insoles feature a conformable Plastazote 1/8" top cover for continuous protection and comfort. These unique orthotic inserts are designed to support the longitudinal arch and unload stress at the ball-of-the-foot, while sitting naturally in the shoe. The Thermothotic inserts are easy to trim and grind. Choose from Anatomical or Contour design. Plastazote X-Firm 3/16" base.
